Come and enjoy this lovely 2-person apartment at just walking distance from the beach and the Caribbean Sea (only 200 feet). This beautiful apartment is located at Andrea I, a really popular dive- and snorkel location, but also a great place to relax on the beach and have a swim, or have a BBQ while enjoying the sunset.

You will have your own parking spot and private tropical garden where the hummingbirds, Lora's (amazone parrots) and other wildlife are enjoying the flowers and plants.

The Apartment

Kas Kalbas has a spacious private tropical garden, own entrance, parking spot and private porch. It also has an outside shower and a secured dive locker to store and dry your dive- or snorkel gear.

The Apartment is connected to the main house, where the owners live, but it completely has it's own private facilities. The whole of the apartment has shutter windows with integrated bug screens, so you can always enjoy a nice breeze and cool apartment. The bedroom has AC installed as well.
